As a Silvi Materials Leadership Development Program Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work within the several facets that make up Silvi Materials with 3-4 month rotations at our main facilities such as our Ready Mix Concrete plants, Rock Quarry, Sand Mine and or import terminal. Degrees in Engineering, Mining, Materials Science, Concrete Manufacturing or Construction highly preferred.Work a wide variety of hours and able to work a flexible schedule as per company and client needs.Works Saturdays as required.Willing to obtain company sponsored training including MSHA andor ACI Level 1 certification.Willing to work outdoors, in all weatherTravel up to 25%Valid Driver's License.
