Key Responsibilities ·      Ability to introduce and structure new training courses. ·      Develop and maintain training content. ·      Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.). ·      Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule. ·      Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training. ·      Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) will be an advantage. We Value ·       Highly desirable to have Industrial Safety Gas Detection Product experience, specifically Honeywell BW and RAE. ·       Experience with deploying Gas Detection Products & technical customer engagement will be an advantage. ·       Independently worked to launch any training programs. ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization.    This role demands more than 50% travel to deliver the training.
