Venture Solar is hiring a Solar Sales Concierge. Candidates must have a strong administrative background and great customer service and sales skills. No solar experience is required as the solar industry is relatively new, and we understand that. We want to train you!Responsibilities:Work hand and hand with our sales representatives and customers to coordinate and confirm sales appointmentsSet up contract signingsEngineer Site Surveys Responsible for document intake and collectionPerform title verification and any other task related to getting financial approval for our customersPerform follow up calls to sales visitsBe in contact with customers through their 1-2-week sales cycle, from initial appointment through contract signingExperience:Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment 1 to 2 years of clerical or other office experience Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focusMust be very organized and possess strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsFast typing and data entry skillsCRM experience a plus (SalesForce)Ability to perform in an independent, remote environment and be held accountable for personal performanceJob Type: Part-Time (25-29hrsweek)Compensation: $18-$20HRPlus, monthly bonusBenefits: Part-time with potential for full-time workPaid training401K Match programHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid time off
