Job Description:

Looking for an Inventory Asset Manager local to Houston who can come Requirements· 5 years' experience in AssetInventory Management · Strong organization skills· Ability to work closely within a small team· Excellent communication· Timely responsiveness· Extensive experience with Excel (V-Lookup formulas, drop-down lists, and other basic formulas)· Extreme attention to fine details; accuracy· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment· Sense of urgency· Strong data management, analysis and research skillsInventory Management · Manage all active inventory for network team· Manage the full life cycle of equipment· Manage the entire Purchase Order process· Submit Software Requests· Submit SAP material creation requests· Organize and maintain inventory rooms· Run daily reports· Submit Transfer Purchase Order requests· Maintain inventory management systems and documentation to accurately track orders, inventory levels, deliveries, goods received and material numbers· Update all AM forms as needed· Receive and issue equipment- light lifting required (up to 20 lbs)· Submit all transfer, reversals and reclass requests· Coordinate end of life pick-ups and enter disposal Change Requests for approval· Audit network team tickets for accuracy· Manage integration of network devices from all newly acquired companies· Coordinate hardware returns to vendor (RMA)· Manage and submit tickets for lost equipment· Technical reporting· Coordinate schedules with team members to ensure coverage· Address quality issues in asset data, involving ITAM and Remedy teams as needed
