Since then, Three Gen Hospitality has grown to successfully operate three diverse restaurants in the Springfield area. We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, hospitality-minded FOH Manager to join our team.Job Description:The FOH Manager is an integral part of our Guests experience. This position requires enthusiasm, patience, problem-solving skills and foresight. We are looking for leaders who can promote encouragement and staff progression in a professional and positive culture. The right person will have excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and guests and be energetic and passionate about the restaurant industry with the ability to manage and inspire staff. The FOH Manager thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands what it takes to succeed in a dynamic restaurant. This is a salaried position with 40-45 hoursweek expected.
