Carson Design Associates is seeking an Architectural Graduate to join our Indianapolis, IN team. The Architectural Graduate works under the supervision of a licensed architect to support our firm portfolio across various project types, including corporateoffice, healthcare, hospitality, veterinary, and multifamily. The ideal candidate will be a positive, dynamic, and proactive individual who possesses strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, is highly creative, values a team environment, and is capable of managing multiple priorities.The Job Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting with the development of design conceptsProgramming and space planning Creative problem solvingMaintaining a working knowledge of current building and accessibility codesPossessing a practical understanding of architectural construction documentation and assisting with the preparation of detailed working drawingsDeveloping 3D views and renderingsPossessing knowledge of industry standards, products, and architectural practicesCoordinating with multi-discipline teamsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ArchitectureEntry level - 3 years experienceExperience with Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, EnscapeTwinmotionCollaborative and professional work ethicStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneouslyTo be a successful team member at Carson Design Associates, you must have an endless desire to know and learn more; always asking questions and determining if there is a better way.This is a full-time position with benefits. Carson Design Associates supports and encourages AXP participation.Please submit resume and work samples to:
