As a vital support to our executive team, the ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards and facilitating strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:Strategic Calendar Management:Efficiently manage the schedules of the owner and executive team, overseeing meetings, appointments, and conference calls to optimize time and productivity.Global Travel Coordination:Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, handling flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas in alignment with company policies.Effective Communication Hub:Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and confidentiality via email, phone calls, and other correspondence.Documentation Excellence:Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and various documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company's high standards.Meeting Facilitation:Assist in the seamless organization and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up on action prehensive Administrative Support:Undertake general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, and maintaining office organization to contribute to the overall efficiency of daily operations.Project Collaboration:Collaborate with the executive team on special projects, research, and presentations, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.Confidentiality and Discretion:Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally with CEOs or senior executives.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and adaptable problem-solving and decision-making approach.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
