Job Description:

PGI is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to join the Creative team located at our corporate office in North Billerica, Massachusetts. This position is responsible for organizing, verifying, controlling the movement, and maintaining approval status of photography and layouts across departments, IT systems, off-site and on-site workers, and external agencies. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and administrative skills, with opportunities for creative involvement.Essential ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and verify the upload of digital assets from offsite workers.Ensure accurate tagging and storage of digital assets.Provide support to offsite workers and external agencies to facilitate secure and correct provision of digital assets.Coordinate the approval of photography and create work tickets for the imaging department.Oversees the complete movement of images, monitors daily the whereabouts and status of all images in process and their relationship to project deadlines.Retrieve lost digital assets and track down missing assets.Collects andor assembles digital assets required by other departments.Adapt to evolving processes and assist in upgrading the asset management system.Troubleshoots and informs Creative Manager of any problems with deadlines.Serve as customer support for off-site creative services.Performs housekeeping of server files.Assists IT Manager with Mac OS and Adobe updates and applications issues.Undertake other related projects or work as assigned by the Creative Manager and Mac IT Manager.Experience RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience.Proficiency in managing a busy email inbox, responding promptly and concisely.Experience working efficiently and independently offsite.Proficiency with Mac OS andor iPad OS.Proficiency with at least 1 year of Adobe Creative Cloud application experience (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Proficiency with at least 1 year of MS Office application experience (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access). Experience with software distribution and configuration tools such as JAMF Pro or Microsoft InTune.Experience with SharePoint for IT resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Adapts well to changes of priority and focus. Strong organizational, multitasking, priority balancing, and time management skills.Demonstrated interest in digital art or photography with examples of personal or professional work.
