Position: Fraud AnalystLocation: Raleigh, NCPay: $90,000yrExperience: 7-9 years of relevant experience in branch operations, member relations or related field required; 4 years of fraud investigation experience within a financial institution requiredEducation: Certified Anti -Money Laundering Specialist or the American Bankers Association's Certified AML and Fraud Professional; Certified Fraud Examiner or the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators; Certified Financial Crimes Investigator designationType: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Green Resources is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Conduct financial crime investigations, including researching and analyzing transaction information to determine financial crime risk across the enterpriseLeverage a variety of technical and fraud monitoring detection tools to detect and link organized crime rings, assess intelligence gaps, and proactively characterize financial crime threatsClassify threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) based on indicators and attack vectors exploited and use this information to identify additional risk across the Credit UnionDocument analytical findings in comprehensive investigative reports that summarize the emerging threat, customer risk, control gaps and recommended action for remediationPartner with the Information Security team to as needed for Incident Response and member related investigationsLiaise with peer financial institutions and law enforcement to stay ahead of emerging financial crime threatsUses data analytic tools to develop dashboards that assist in tracking financial crime trendsPosition Requirements:Strongly skilled in strategic planning, tactical implementation and analytical thinkingAbility to function in a consumer business office environmentUtilize standard office equipment including PC, copier, telephone, etc.Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
