We are hiring immediately for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at their facility. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and effectively use resources to deliver desired outcomes. SummaryThe Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant and their employees. Their duties include hiring and training plant employees, reviewing production records to determine whether employees meet their performance expectations and coordinating with corporate management to enforce changes to plant budgets or safety procedures. Working knowledge of employee relations in a manufacturing & office setting.Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants. Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficientlyWorking knowledge of basic accounting practices and joint goals processes.Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issuesProficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to sit, stand, and walk around for long periods at a time
