Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for a Legal Talent Acquisition Assistant on a temporary basis for an Am Law 100 law firm. This role will support the firm's recruiting program, including the Summer Associate program and On-Campus Interviewing (OCI), for the NYC office and the East Coast region. Successful candidates will have previous experience coordinating events in a professional environment, and preferably have previous experience recruiting in a law firm. The expected duration of the assignment will be 3 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion for exceptional candidates. This role will be on a hybrid schedule of 4 days in officeweek in the firm's Midtown office.Responsibilities:Documentation of applicantcandidate process and activity using LawCruitPrepare and send response letters to all applicants using the LawCruit databaseAssist in the preparation of materials for firmwide hiring committee meetingsOrganize and prepare law student and lateral candidate packets for interviewers, coordinating candidate travel, and maintaining all candidate filesAssist with split billing invoice requests for OCI candidate travelAssist in the preparation of mass mailings of gifts and informational materials to candidates, incoming summer associates and incoming fall associatesProvide administrative support to the team, including, but not limited to: travel coordination; expense report preparation, coding, and reconciliation; and drafting and processing correspondence such as candidate offer letters and summer and fall informational lettersReserve conference rooms and coordinate catering as neededPrint and organize monthly budget reports, attorney hours reports and variance reports; enter monthly variance report numbers into firmwide variance spreadsheet as requestedAssist in the preparation of check requests and invoice processingAll other duties and special projects as assignedRequirements:Availability to work overtime as neededProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Bachelor's Degree (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of attorneys and staffExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAble to maintain confidentiality of all records, files, documents and department informationStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks quickly and efficientlyAll candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of timeQualified and interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for immediate consideration.
