THE ROLE: MARKETING DIRECTOR The Marketing Director will serve as a key member of Revive by building effective multi-year marketing plans that deliver on brand aspirations and business objectives. They are a marketing strategist, brand steward and creative visionary and lead a growing small team of social media, ad buyers, creative and marketing generalists. Revive is a growing brand, expanding in both channels and retail outlets and needs the attention of a marketing director to put channel strategy in place and marketing initiatives to support DTC, Amazon and Retail.  Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Revive Marketing Team to grow awareness and education of the brand and products.  Manage marketing strategy across channels - develop, implement and analyze an integrated marketing strategy and plan to drive the business and result in awareness, education, trial, repeat and loyalty.Lead creative marketing campaigns, both evergreen and product-centric, and manage execution effectively across channels and platforms, meeting ROAS targets and other KPIsBe a champion of the brand. Be the expert on vitamins and wellness. Research and understand market trends and seasonality of health topics and supplements to structure key drive periods and build effective, relevant and meaningful campaigns. Be a liaison to key retailers such as Vitamin Shoppe and GNC to understand their seasonality of vitamins and wellness supplements. Develop editorial-style calendar that ties in general market drive periods with retailer calendars to align campaigns and create relevant content. Work with cross functional team to optimize the website and Amazon experience. Develop content to drive education and point of difference for each product and the brand. Partner with social and brand content creator to develop meaningful, exciting and educational content.  Help set influencer strategy  THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is a passionate marketing strategist with 8+ years of experience and responsibility leading a marketing team and setting a strategy with clear executional objectives has across all key marketing communication mediums - Retail, Social, Influencer, email and more. This candidate must have experience creating integrated marketing campaigns in the CPG industry, preferably in supplements or vitamins. CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED 8+ years of Brand Marketing experience; including experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (consumables). Preference in Supplements or Vitamins. Experience across key marketing mediums - Media, Social, Influencer and Retail, leading a team to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, education, trial and repeatA passion for challenging the status quo and the ability to create the processes, tools and infrastructure to build a leading vitamin and supplement brandA data-driven marketing strategist with the ability to translate insights into effect plans to deliver on business objectivesAn inclusive leader with strong communication skills, a passion for team development.
