Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious law firm in Chicago with an UNPOSTED search for a mid to senior-level Attorney for its Corporate Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in an established group that provides guidance on the full spectrum of transaction-related matters, including M&A, general corporate counseling, and governance. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as day-to-day corporate counseling matters in a law firm or in-house legal department setting. Ideal candidates must be comfortable having substantial responsibility on deals, drafting and negotiating complex documents, and interacting directly with clients.
