Job Description:

This role will perform initial patient screenings and analyze any test data while working with the team nurses and physicians to provide the best care possible. The candidate will deliver medical care to a wide variety of patients in a confinement setting and provide guidance or counseling for patients with critical condition.CDR Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer MFDV and EOAAND. Must be able to work in the United States to apply.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform initial patient screenings, patient history, and physical examinations. Ability to support multiple physician specialists in the provision of telehealthUpdate patient records and update information to ensure accuracy during each patient's appointmentAnalyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment optionsWorks in collaboration with a physician to assess the physical needs of a patient's medical type such as psychiatric, oncology, or obstetrics. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatmentDeliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivityServe as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditionOTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Other duties that may arise from time-to-time andor are commensurate with the title and positionRequirementsMaster of Science degree or a PhD (Doctor of Nursing Practice) degree required with a focus on Nurse Practitioner preferred5+ years of experience in Nursing Strong cardiac background and experienceValid Nurse practitioner License in good standingExcellent grasp of medical terminology, human anatomy, and testing procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settingsThe ability to work with a team and to make decisionsThe ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlinesAbility to deal with high pressureFlexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours and Overtime and weekends as needed to provide support for safety emergencies or incidents that occur after hours or on weekendsEmpathy and interpersonal skills for working with patients.Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring patient confidentiality.
