Our agency client is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Supervisor to support their team!Direct Hire, Full-Time, 4 Day Work WeekOnsite, Downtown KCThe Social Media Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing our social media department, managing the team, and ensuring the successful execution of social media strategies for their clients. This position requires a thorough understanding of social media platforms and strategies, coupled with strong leadership skills for guiding a team effectively.Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic social media plans aligned with client goals and objectives. Proactively address client needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Oversee all social media accounts managed by the team, ensuring adherence to best practices. Utilize reporting software to track and analyze social media performance. Review and approve all social media content produced by the team to ensure quality and consistency. Set clear and achievable goals for team members, offering coaching, mentor ship, and support to foster professional growth. Perform comprehensive performance reviews. Maintain a thorough understanding of the team's workload, projects, and deadlines, ensuring efficient workload management. Foster a culture of growth and development within the team, continuously improving processes and strategies.Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of 5+ years in social media management, showcasing expertise in developing and executing successful campaigns Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok Paid Advertising on Facebook and Instagram including ad creation, targeting and optimization Exceptional copywriting skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Google Ads#IND123Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
