Ardurra is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our Heber City, UT team in as a Municipal Project Manager.A candidate with an established Wasatch Front/Back network is a plus.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringUtah PE required or ability to obtain within 18 months6 years minimum experience in the civil engineering fieldExtensive design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, and/or water resourcesStrong computer skills a must including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3DComputer modeling experience is desired for pressurized and gravity flow networksFamiliarity with land use codes and plan review / submittal processes a plusAbility to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the municipal groupSelf-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environmentExcellent Communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesProject managementClient developmentProject designBusiness developmentPreparation of drawingsThe Municipal PM will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop skills in many areasThis position provides autonomy to complete tasks with minimal supervisionPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to navigate various locations and settings of the companyOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsMust possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicleWhy Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
