Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and preventative maintenance efforts. You will act as the Property Manager for three or four Multifamily properties along with the onsite Assistant Manager. Maintain a strong and effective maintenance flow, monitor budgets and control spending, leasing as well as assist with Asset Management. ResponsibilitiesAssist all outside vendors with property issuesManage property assetsSolve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitantsSupervise all property staffQualifications4- 7 years of property experienceAt least 1 year in a supervisory or management roleDetail-oriented and strong communication skills
