Alchemy is assisting a well-established moving company with its search for an Accounting Specialist in San Antonio, TX.Our Client is in urgent need of a Relocation Accounting Specialist with the ability to turn thorough moving estimates into invoices. The perfect applicant will be driven, open to new ideas, and passionate about pursuing greatness. Prior expertise with data entry, billing, or accounting within the moving industry is essential.Responsibilities of the role include:Carefully going over all contracts, orders, and service agreements that are connected to moving services.Make sure that all financial information is appropriately recorded and reflects the agreed agreements. This includes confirming the amounts, costs, and moving service terms.Verify billing rates, to make sure they comply with current moving contracts and pricing structures by conducting routine audits.Accountable for updating the invoice to reflect the actual moving expenses incurred.To prevent payment delays, make sure the invoices are sent out on time.Requirements of the role include:Prior experience within the moving and relocation industry.Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent organisational and analytical skills.High school diploma or G.E.D.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and computer-based accounting systems.Ability to work as a team and demonstrate initiative while being in harmony with and supporting other staff members.Do the above requirements match your skillset?
