The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and dietary requirements. They will also assist in the planning and development of menu items, maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure food safety standards are met. The Cook will work closely with our dietary team to provide excellent service and meet the nutritional needs of our patients and staff.QualificationsExperience and knowledge in meal preparation and cookingFamiliarity with food safety regulations and proceduresAbility to follow recipes and dietary restrictionsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsExperience in a healthcare setting is a plusValid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one
