Sales Manager - Job Responsibilities: Ability to train on product knowledge on a monthly basis. Work with other managers to set sales goals and plan to achieve objective. Ensure customers are greeted promptly and verify sales consultant has helped them accomplish their goals upon completion of visit. Work with and supervise Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department goals and quotas are met. Partner with the Finance Department to develop and coordinate best practices. Maintain a prospect list and follow-up logs.
