Position: Sales EngineerDivision: NAPCO Marks USA / Alarm Lock Location: Amityville, NYReports to: VP of Sales Company: Napco Locking Division; Marks USA / Alarm Lock, a division of NAPCO Security Technologies which is headquartered in Amityville, New York is a wholly owned subsidiary and producer of an advanced line of mechanical Locking and building Access Control systems and peripherals. We are seeking a technical field sales representative to add to our NAPCO Locking Systems team. The successful candidate will represent our company and our products in a proficient, knowledgeable, and dependable manner. They will provide support; trouble shoot problems and present solutions for hardware and access control systems. Responsibilities:· Product Support for customers by phone, email and on-site. · Product support for regional sales and troubleshooting field evaluation of product'.· Facility and customer sales calls.· Provide on time feedback to sales management through tools such as weekly call reports and CRM input. · Attend selected trade shows and meetings to promote NAPCO's name in the market.· Keeping current with all Marks USA and Alarm Lock features and Integration Components.
