Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor in the Frankfort, Indiana area for Nation leading manufacturing ClientLocation: Frankfort, IN Shifts: DAY - Full time - 1st ShiftStart: Hiring Immediately - Direct hire Compensation: $60K - $70K Base + BenefitsPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.• Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and drive process optimization.• Maintain accurate production records and reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among production staff.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:• 2-3 years' experience in an automotive manufacturing environment• Working in a unionized environment is an asset• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act• Surface Mount Technology experience is an asset• Injection Mold Technology experience is a asset• Weld processing and Stamping experience is an assetThose with experience in the below fields are encouraged to apply.• Distribution Center Supervisor• Logistics Supervisor• Warehouse Operations Manager• Inventory Control Supervisor• Fulfillment Center SupervisorThose interested are encouraged to send resumes directly to Kelmy@CESDH
