Salary$23/hr - $30/hrAbout The CompanyOur client is a management company that buys and renovates apartments.Maintenance TechnicianSeeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance/ HVAC Certified Technician to join our team in Pensacola, FL at an apartment complex. The perfect candidate will possess strong plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills and at least 4 years of experience in these fields. Should be highly organized and able to prioritize work orders. Communication skills a key too. EPA Certification, a plus. CPO certification, a plus.Responsibilities include: Helps keep the property safe and attractive Maintains relationships with staff members, current and prospective residents, and contractors working on the property Satisfies service tickets requested in a timely manner Assists with apartment make-ready procedures Inspects grounds daily, assists in preventative maintenance procedures Takes on call emergency work orders
