Company:Hirshmark Capital is a leading real estate investment firm with a focus on originating bridge loans and purchasing non-performing loans collateralized by commercial real estate in New York, Florida and Texas.  Location:New York City Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team and drive our capital-raising efforts. You will play a crucial role in securing investment capital from a diverse range of investors as well as working with existing investors.  Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract investment capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other sources.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, building rapport and trust through effective communication and networking.Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials to showcase our lending products and investment opportunities.Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective investors.Provide ongoing communication and support to existing investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates on investment performance, and fostering long-term relationships.Stay informed of market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes to inform fundraising strategies and tactics. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other sources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Benefits:Salary ranges from $150,000 - $200,000 to start and performance-based bonuses.Health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence. How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience to info@.Please include "Director of Capital Formation and Investor Relations" in the subject line of your email.
