ICX Group is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager with for a large and well known organization in Central Florida. In this role, the Corporate Tax Manager will lead a team of tax accountants and assist with income tax provision and tax accounting, as well as assisting around tax compliance.DUTIESReview income tax provision with relation to annual financial statement audits as well as reviewing foreign tax returns and statutory GAAP adjustmentsAssist in the preparation of income tax provisions and disclosures in accordance to ASC 740 and the SECAssist with various tax research and planningAssist in planning and analyzing corporate improvements and planning projectsStay current with corporate tax best practices and changing tax lawsREQUIREMENTSBachelors Degree in Accounting/FinanceMasters in Tax preferredCPA requiredMinimum 4+ years of Tax experience, public accounting experience preferred
