We're a leading contracting company seeking a dynamic Senior Civil Estimator to lead our estimating efforts and drive success in our projects.The Senior Civil Estimator will be tasked with estimating the comprehensive scope of infrastructure projects, encompassing contracts with entities such as the NC Department of Transportation ("NCDOT"), municipalities, and commercial clients. In addition to accurate estimation, this role entails adept negotiation of pricing and adjustments to project scope and scale. Beyond this, responsibilities include engaging with existing clientele and cultivating relationships with potential new clients. While the role operates within general objectives, a minimum of five years' experience in estimating is required, with sales experience being advantageous.
