Overview:Beckfield College is seeking a dedicated Nursing Faculty Member to join our team. This role involves teaching, curriculum development, and student advising, ensuring high standards in nursing education in line with our department's mission.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging course content for both classroom and clinical settings, adhering to the curriculum and accreditation requirements.Provide academic and career advising to students, including developing remediation plans for at-risk students.Participate actively in faculty and administrative meetings, contributing to budget planning and faculty recruitment.Serve on college and department committees, aiding in program evaluations and accreditation processes.Maintain a weekly teaching load comprising classroom and clinical instruction, with a commitment to professional and educational excellence.Qualifications:Master's degree in Nursing required.Valid RN license in Kentucky and/or Ohio.Minimum two years clinical RN experience; teaching experience preferred.Current healthcare provider CPR certification.Physical ability to perform nursing duties.Must pass a criminal background check.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.Application Instructions:Candidates should be prepared to commute or relocate to Florence, KY.
