LHH is actively seeking a Senior Structrual Engineer for a growing engineering firm company in the Batavia area. This is a great opportunity with a growing company and a chance to play a key role in building out a highly visible department.This role is responsible for developing basic design, directing the preparation of drawings and specifications and continue to support through the construction process. The ideal candidate must have experience with civil infrastructure projects, concrete and steel structures, steel frame structures and masonry buildings within water and waste water facilities.The primary responsibilities for this role includePreparation for proposalsTracking project processMonitor project budgetsAssist with the preparation of drawings and specificationsTravel to client sites as neededCreate and deliver presentationsIdentify areas of opportunityAdditional duties as neededThe ideal candidate profile will have the following qualificationsBS in Structural EngineeringMasters in Structural Engineering Must have PE and SE certifications15+ years of experiencePrevious experience with the concrete, steel, soils, foundation and temporary structures Experience in preparation and review of schematics and wiring diagramsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
