Job Description:

THE FOCUS IS YOU: We are looking to add an Audit Senior to help lead and guide our clients, in addition to supporting our internal leaders with the on-going growth in our New Hampshire office.As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for performing and leading the necessary procedures involved in planning and executing attestation engagements for clients in accordance with the applicable accounting standards. The Audit Senior serves to lead client engagements, maintain client relationships, and act as a liaison between overseeing the work of internal staff and working closely with internal leaders, to ensure high-quality work is conducted and delivered to our clients. WHAT YOU WILL DORegular duties include (but are not limited to):Perform and assist with audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industriesPrepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controlsAssist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork and wrap-upDeep understanding of accounting and reporting standardsDevelop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlinesInteract with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficientCommunicate with Client, Management, and Managing Director on work status and client issues that arise WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience4+ years in relevant positionPublic accounting or other professional services environment preferredEducationMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology experienceBachelor's in Accounting (for Audit or Tax)License / CertificationMust progress professionally by obtaining relevant certification as soon as possible if certification is not already attained in order to advanceMust maintain required CPE credits annuallyLegal / ComplianceMust complete acknowledgement of Independence Guidelines and Ethical Standards documentGovernmental engagements require ability to obtain a security clearance from the United States government WHO WE ARE READY TO DELIVERWe take pride in our ability to combine local knowledge with national, regional, and international skills to provide you and your organization with the best resources possible.
