Job Description:

Service Technician/Installer We are looking for an experienced carpenter or someone experienced in window, sliding glass door and entry door installation to support our installation teams. What You'll Do A preferred candidate should be able or trained to: Trouble shoot problems Visit job sites Re-glaze windows Service Sliding Glass Doors Inspect the project with customers for final product acceptance Repair issues on jobs Communicate with service manager, production manager on issues as they arise Ensure you have materials for projects prior to job Communicate effectively with customers before during and possibly after service. Who You Are Requirements: Candidate must have experience with window and door installation and service or 2+ years of carpentry experience Must have good customer service skills and can communicate well verbally and in writing Must be organized and have good follow up skills and be computer literate Experienced with framing and window trim out preferred Must have a clean valid driving license PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
