Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist: Issue all direct deposits and pay card payments Enter all new employees into the system and make applicable changes to direct deposits and tax withholdings Balance payroll reports to ensure they match all hours and timesheet changes Enter hours for employees who use manual timesheets to record hours Responsible for reaching out to managers for any missing approvals Set up all direct deposit accounts and pay cards Prepare payroll deductions and other tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist: Associates degree in Accounting required Minimum 2 years experience in AP/Payroll Working knowledge of standards of practice for accounts payable/payroll For immediate and confidential consideration reach out to me, Kelley McEndree, at kmcendree@.
