A Reputable Non-Profit Organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced LCSW for their Family & Children Services Program Director opportunity. About the ***** On-site position***** Monday-Friday ***** 9AM-5PM ***** Community-based, Family Services Center The Program Director will be responsible **Oversight of the coordination of clinical services for clients impacted by domestic violence and transitioning from temporary to permanent housing·Overseeing the provision of individual, group and family therapy including behavior modification, cognitive behavioral, insight oriented and supportive therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population, ranging from age zero through 21.Conduct Intake Assessments and maintain a small caseload of clients for individual, group and family therapy.Develop intake, assessment and service delivery protocols and procedures that ensure effective and swift engagement of clients** 5+ years of experience in social services, preferably within an academic setting. Masters degree required. LCSW license required. 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing clinical staff. Experience working with adolescents and their families.
